Amanda Gonzalez (D)
Amanda Gonzalez is running for Secretary of State to protect Colorado’s elections, broaden access to the ballot, and ensure our democratic systems serve all Coloradans. Jessie Danielson (D)
Colorado State Senator Jessie Danielson represents Jefferson County’s District 22 and has built her legislative career around expanding voting access, strengthening economic security, and protecting vulnerable communities. She played a key role in passing Colorado’s landmark 2013 Voter Access & Modernized Elections Act and has served on the Voter Access Commission and the Commission on Aging.
Before elected office, Jessie was the Colorado State Director for America Votes and Political Director for NARAL Pro-Choice Colorado. She also worked to support people with disabilities through a local nonprofit. A fourth-generation Coloradan, Jessie now serves as Chair of the Business, Labor & Technology Committee and Vice Chair of the Agriculture & Natural Resources Committee.
