WASHINGTON – Today, the Democratic Association of Secretaries of State (DASS) is announcing its endorsement of Secretary of State Democratic nominee Ty Pinkins in Mississippi. Executive Director Travis Brimm released the following statement:
“After two decades as a politician, Michael Watson has little to show the people of Mississippi. They deserve a change – and Ty Pinkins is that change. A son of the Delta, Ty served his country for 21 years as a combat veteran in the United States Army – along the way, he became the first in his family to graduate from high school, college, and law school. Ty truly represents the American Dream – and as Secretary of State, he will ensure that all Missippians can fully participate in that Dream.”
